Welcome to Inner Flow Essence! By participating in our dance classes, workshops, events, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Class Participation

All participants must complete a registration form and sign a liability waiver before joining any class.

Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent.

Respect and kindness are expected in all classes. We cultivate a supportive, judgment-free space for everyone.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be asked to wait or join the next class for safety reasons.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payments must be made in full prior to class or event participation.

All purchases are non-refundable. However, if a class is canceled, clients will receive class credit issued by Inner Flow Essence to use toward a future session.

Credit for missed classes due to illness or emergency may be applied at the company’s discretion with proper notice.

3. Health & Safety

By joining any class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in dance and fitness activities.

Always consult with your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns prior to attending.

Inner Flow Essence is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation. Dance at your own pace and know your limits.

4. Code of Conduct

We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind.

Any individual not upholding our community values may be asked to leave without a refund.

Inner Flow Essence reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who compromise the safety or well-being of others.

5. Photo & Video Consent

By attending our classes or events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Inner Flow Essence reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed.

In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule or receive a credit.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will only be used for communication, scheduling, and updates regarding Inner Flow Essence services.

8. Product Sales

All product purchases (including apparel, merchandise, or digital downloads) are final sale and non-refundable.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

9. Agreement

By signing up for or attending any Inner Flow Essence class or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
