We’ve created a safe and empowering space where individuals of all levels can express themselves freely, connect with others, and tap into their inner strength.

We believe movement is more than just steps—it’s a powerful tool for healing, joy, and emotional release. With every class, we aim to nurture confidence, spark creativity, and celebrate culture, all while flowing together in unity and purpose.

Scheduling Your Class
Booking a class with us is simple! Select your desired class or workshop, and follow the steps to confirm your spot here. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need.

Before You Arrive:

• $16 pay online / $20 CASH in person

  In person payments: (fill out form with your name & email here)

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle in.

• Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

• Bring water and an open heart—we’re here to vibe, grow, and flow together.
